Let me explain… You see, Sam was inspired by a chef adding pepper to soup in small doses to build bold flavors and he decided to apply this same concept to beer brewing. On top of that, he used a rigged thrift store football game to keep my hops shaking and shimming, eventually cascading down into the boiling wort at a consistent rate. This may be an unconventional approach, but it’s what makes me so hoppy-licious with a complex and unapologetic flavor.
